No you actually said in a previous post that one detonation in space would destroy this whole world which is gravely inaccurate.
Also China isnt building mobility as they are more focused on defense instead of offense. They believe that they will need to defend themselves from Russia then America. Reason being is becasue they have always had border problems from the Mongolians and the Russians which is why they built the largest monstrocity known to man which is the Great Wall. At least this is what a Chineese foreign exchange student told me. Plus it does make sense.
