I'm sorry but didn't the iraqi government already take ramadi and fallujah?

In fact if anything, the link is making isis look even more hopeless than I thought they were. It seems that the real challenge won't be taking mosul but rather making peace with the sunnis to ensure that another jihadist group like isis doesn't rise out of the ashes.
