Sorry bout that,

1. Iran's call that USA has been checkmated is an outrage. This means war!
2. Now we gota do something.
3. Can we sit back and allow this outrage?
4. Hell no! We got to do something and fast.
5. Otherwise we seem weak.
6. Lock and load.

You have 3 posts and are pi$$ed already over that?...

Remind me not to invite you to parties...

I think that the calculation for engaging in warfare requires consideration of a tiny tad more than just our 'face' in international relations. I don't find that angry rhetoric is sufficient cause for committing the inevitable thousands of folks to die as a result of a military campaign.

I know this is the call of a troll, but my post count is no indication of how many threads i've read and how long i've been a visitor of this forum. I've only recently registered because I was sure this was the forum for me.

And about his statement, i've seen it at least two dozen times, and its so smug it makes me sick. Mostly when he says it 9 times in a single thread...

- Troll.1 out

Sorry bout that,

1. Sure we need more than this CHECKMATE statement, but this slap in the face it like saying bring it on, like Saddam did.
2. This is a raising of the level of rancor coming from Iran in my opinion.
3. This problem won't go away quietly.
4. Bush is going to have to act on this not react.
5. Getting tough on Iran is called for, Osama Bin Laden is now reaching into the mix as well.
6. These two leaders are orchestrating war from their prospective platforms on the west.

somebody must think so, after all we have a republican president ;)

Sorry bout that,

1. Oh and yes, I use the CHECKMATE, saying as a way to raise the level of rancor.
2. It is a way to make your point, when claiming victory.
3. Unless in the real game of chess.

Ahhh. Chess. Dont play much any more, but used to be in the Houston Chess Club. Had a USCF rating at one time of 2005. While that is not master, it is not bad. When I beat an opponent, I never said "Sorry about that":)
