Invasive Tactic in Foreclosures Draws Scrutiny

I am not saying I know what the answer is, but I recently lived in Modesto, CA where a lock smith and sheriffs deputy were shot through the door by a gunman that didn't want to leave on his foreclosure notice.

There is no good answer on how to handle it - but I'd start with the phone.
