WTH is wrong with these people? Porn's not my cup of tea, but she gives something for men to enjoy if done in moderation. She resists being stigmatized to bring men entertainment. How about just saying thanks or sending a tip?

I think its main evil is that it deprives men of rest. I suspect that it's responsible for traffic and industrial accidents. It's so much better to have a real woman who can't or won't steal that relaxes a man until he drifts off to sleep.

This really couldn't happen to a better group of people.

That said, I'm against any form of vigilantism. Extirpating pornographers from society is something the state should do, not private individuals.

Unfortunately death threats are a part of virtually every public persons life, if you put yourself out there and pick up even a slight bit of an audience, you will get some, it’s just a fact unfortunately.

Some YouTubers I follow who seem to be just awesome people, get them all the time because there are psychos out there who just love to do it, sometimes it can be as petty as in the case of an IGN writer who didn’t give an Uncharted game a 10/10.

People are stupid.

There's something seriously goofy with vBulletin right now, and I don't know what it is. I've copied and pasted articles into notepad to remove the html, and the screwy text ends up being there anyway. I've written out posts myself, and the text still goes to hell. It's a vBulletin issue.

When I returned to the Catholic Church I gave up porn and masturbation and suddenly I lost a bunch of weight, sleep better, made job changes that increased my income, and while I’m still single for most of my twenties I had almost no female interaction and this year I’ve been a bunch of dates, so now I’m learning the lessons at 26 I should’ve learned at 16.

Porn is bad for you. I sincerely think ceasing that trash has improved my life greatly.

The Nazis were not far right, their ideology came from the idea of German nationalism which was created by liberal intellectuals to unite Germans by ethnicity instead of religion and fealty to Kings

That was the general view during Victorian times, but modern historians have moved away from this idea.

Yeah, when the left takes over institutions of societies they want to transform suddenly we learn accepted history was wrong.

This is my shocked face :|

I was brainwashed to believe porn was acceptable and the evil church was just trying to control me.

I fell for that BS for years and now that I’m free of it I’ve never been happier or more productive I know for a fact when it comes to sins of lust the left has no problem lying to men

Its actually a symptom of decadence.

And decadence is what happens when people are allowed to feed their hunger for status unchecked.

Status hunger was pro survival when we were evolving. The behavior was held in heck by the simple fact that we lived in extended families of alpha predators.

If somebody tried to claim a third of everything everybody hunted and gathered because their granddlfather saw that valley first they simply told him to shut the **** up. If the chief got out of control somebody shut him down or took him out.

Then we settled down. Established rigid heirarchies and the professional soldier/guard. And we lost the ability to just say no to the predations tthat followed.

Since then we just keep repeating a cycle where those who will never have enough until nobody has more than them feed u til their activities drag the society down. Or the society falls to some outside group doing the same thing.

We learn accepted points of view are wrong all the time in the light of new evidence and analysis techniques. That's the nature of scholarly institutions.

At the time of the older theories, people were, for example, not aware of the lead pipe problem. Nor was there much analysis on the instability introduced by the various emperors and how they came to power (usually through civil war). Lastly, there will no real scholarship done, at that time, of the issue of Plebeian council and the instability that also solved (in one way) and introduced (in other ways).

The nazis were left wing and this is undeniably true. You may be able to write the word “right” but you cannot defend this in argument.

The very term right wing comes from the time of the French Revolution and referred to members of the first National Assembly who supported the Ancien Regime in France with special privileges for the Crown and the Catholic Church. This is where the whole idea comes from. European conservative thought up to the 20th century conceptialized the right as being supporters of the old order of Monarchs ruling a society governed through the Church. Hitler and the National socialists did not embody any such values. Furthermore Nationalism in the German context was a thought experiment intended to unify all German speaking peoples regardless of whether they were Catholic or Protestant and unify them into one German nation state, hence the high German culture of the late 19th century which created a German racial identity. While the actual unification which resulted in Prussia unifying Germany under the Kaiser was sort of conservative, the intellectual base used by Hitler and the National Socialists all came from enlightenment thinking about the need to eliminate religion and create nationalistic nation states.

The only reason we conceive of Nazi Germany as a right wing state is because he invaded the Soviet Union and the communists were inserted into our universities.

Incorrect. Fascism falls on the right side of the political spectrum, whereas Communism falls on the far left. The two are diametrically opposed, which is why Hitler targeted Communists for internment before anyone else, including the Jews. He partly did this by targeting the academics, at the early outset.

Maybe you're confusing the idea of "liberal intellectuals" with actual left wing political ideology, I'm not sure.

The proliferation of obscenity (and Nazi opposition to it) was one of the things that helped the Nazis obtain power. It's true that they allowed ordinary prostitution, so I guess you're in good company there.
