But even then you face the prospects of having to arm these people because you know damn well they can't afford to arm themselves and if you DO manage to arm them, what makes you think they possess the motivation to execute the attack? Many of these people suffer from drug and alcohol addiction and they could easily pawn their newly acquired weapon for enough money to score a good buzz. Many of them surely will. So now your "army" of a couple hundred is down to about 50. 50 untrained soldiers with suspect motivation. Even for local law enforcement this would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Being homeless isn't a sin, nor is living as best you can. But with every post you make, you make it clear that you feel it is all owed to you, and that is wrong.

No one 'owes' you anything. The fact that things are done to help the homeless as best as possible, to assist those who needed it with food and shelter, doesn't mean every single person can be helped.

First off you are assuming that a person will actually GET a subsidy. That is not a guaruntee and is the maximum amount you can get the minimum of course being 0. Not to mention it says for the 8.8% quote that that 8.8% is only IF you do not count for the tobacco surcharge. The subsidy is also dependent on your states eligibility requirements. And lastly even if you get that subsidy it only covers 30% of the over all premium.
