Fuentes is being criminally prosecuted for what Arizona Authorities discovered in their investigation, upon a complaint made by Gary Snyder, a state office candidate, made with the Yuma Sheriff's office in August of 2020 in regards the Primary Election. 2000 Mules was not an "investigation".

They went through the same scrutiny and processing as any Absentee Ballots delivered in person to Ballot Registrars, or in person to Absentee Ballot Clerks and or delivered to Election Authorities via the USPS.
