Have they complied with these subpoenas?

If not then why the hell not?

Also, a fact that matters, even if what TTV collected shows there was illegal transport of legal ballots pursuant to Georgia Code § 21-2-385 that would not have negated any ballot so transported that was legally secured, voted, and properly placed in the secrecy sleeve and that properly placed in the Absentee Ballot Return Envelope.

So TTV might have evidence to prove unauthorized ballot transport, but what they obviously DO NOT HAVE is evidence of any illegal ballots.

Never said it wasn't possibly against the law. But what D'Souza and TTV have presented is not proof that lawbreaking took place nor would it be evidence at all that the Ballots were illegal and even if the transport was illegal that does not invalidate legal Ballots.

I will contend the evidence they show definitely warrants investigation. I agree it isn't proof. They have shown ample probable cause. I have a difficult time with the people who are absolutely certain the evidence is meaningless, just because they don't like those who present it. That is being hyper partisan in my viewpoint.
