Joe Biden is really something else. He is the master of gaffs. I saw a remark on Facebook, which attributed a quote to him.

"People are dying who haven't died before."

Now I wasn't able to find this as fact anywhere, so it's probably a fabrication. But it most certainly is the type of thing he would say.

Anyone want to share their favorite actual Biden gaff?

I think Yogi Berra said that.

It's bogus. That was attributed to Trump and to George Wallace (really!) already. Biden certainly never said it.

Edit- Politifact suggests that Earnest Hemingway liked to use the phrase but they don't say he coined it.

"I suggested we should have people in China at the outset of this event, when it all started, in Luhan Province"

This is funny:

Can you imagine him talking with world leaders?

I know there isn't anything backing up he said it. I also know there is no evidence Trump said it.

I don't know where it came from, I am only saying it is the type of thing Biden would say.

It is one of the political lies on the internet though.

If you haven't noticed, I have dismissed this as coming from Biden. In post #1, I said: "Now I wasn't able to find this as fact anywhere, so it's probably a fabrication."

Like Yogi, who didn't love Yogi.

So, other than Yogi being deceased, why aren't we talking about what a good President Yogi would make?

Now you're talkin'!

Berra as Prez, Scooter and Sec. State, Martin as Sec. Def., Ford as Energy Sec., Mantle heading up interior...

Seriously?

Joe is sane, and Donald is not.

Supporters of Donald Trump have no room to talk about gaffes.

And it's obvious he meant "would not have" instead of "who haven't."

But then you get this ****:

DAWSEY: You said yesterday when you were leaving that you were skeptical of a climate change report that the government had done. Can you just explain why you’re skeptical of that report?

TRUMP: One of the problems that a lot of people like myself — we have very high levels of intelligence, but we’re not necessarily such believers. You look at our air and our water, and it’s right now at a record clean. But when you look at China and you look at parts of Asia and when you look at South America, and when you look at many other places in this world, including Russia, including — just many other places — the air is incredibly dirty. And when you’re talking about an atmosphere, oceans are very small. And it blows over and it sails over. I mean, we take thousands of tons of garbage off our beaches all the time that comes over from Asia. It just flows right down the Pacific, it flows, and we say where does this come from. And it takes many people to start off with.

That's a different level of incoherent. That sounds like early stage dementia. He cannot speak coherently, and his incoherence is expressed in a 600-word vocabulary. I'm supposed to worry about Biden speaking loosely when the guy you worship can't speak properly when he isn't reading off a teleprompter (interestingly, this was YOUR criticism of Obama, who was infinitely more eloquent than Trump when off-prompt)

You aren't expanding your choir. You're just giving us more unneeded evidence of why we shouldn't join.

There’s no easy way to leave the Earth.

Besides the two Biden gaffes that are on my sigline, here's another embarrassing moment for Biden.

"At the end of the July debate, Biden encouraged voters to "go to Joe3-0-3-3-0" if they agreed with them. Both "Joe 30330" and "Joe 3030" trended, revealing that both Joe30330.com and Joe3030.com both supported Biden's opponent South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg."

Joe Biden's Biggest Gaffes in His 2020 Campaign

Let the anti-Trump whataboutisms begin on a thread that has nothing to do with the president. Oh wait... They've already begun.

In automotive terms, Trump supporters pointing at Joe's gaffes equals this:

It's downright painful to listen to them.

I agree he uses run-on sentences, but his message is clear. Unlike Biden's.

It is bad when news groups around the world are questioning Biden's fitness for office. This how Sky News in Australia is covering Joe Biden.

I just had the clutch in my Camaro replaced two weeks ago. They do go out. Nice driving it again, as the weather is clearing at times, and it's a convertible SLP modified.

It really does sound like Yogi.
