*It has evolved into a program of "Indenturing of Young People" to Wealthy Financial Industries and Money Greed Driven University Programming.

The 'Greed Driven Segregationist ideology" has been shaped to play a fleece and indenture game on America people. Segregation by Every Means People Can Be Segregated", including segregating the Educated from the Under-Educated, from the UnEducated and promoting as much Racial Divisiveness in the processes, not only black from white, but poor whites from well to do white. (and, people have been groomed to submit into acceptance of it)

• Once upon a time a community college was without cost, and AA Degree was sufficient to get a quality Job, and BA/BS degree were suitable for Professional Level Jobs, and Master and Phd were suitable to be "Independent Category Specific Professionals".
• Vocational and Technical Skill Training gave people Semi-Professional Skills, which allowed them to develop "independent business", as well as specialized skill capability in the industrial systems.

Universities, began to realize they could make a "second profit" by selling BA/BS to former AA Degree Holders, and Sell Masters and Phd to former BA/BS degree. They convinced Human Resources to attack these higher requirement to even the simplest of job categories. And the "Fleecing of American Young People Was Set In Motion".

The Results have diminished 'everything in America" and replaced everything with "Pure Greed Modeling", it has a long history of being "Greed Driven", but it now is about "Greed Modeling Through the Higher Education System". Classroom training has resorted to "voiding out training for "independence", but for "programmed script submission". Leading to a new form of Class and Caste Segregation. People are called "Masters" of things they have no living experience for", riging on a degree label.

If we want to make better America.. people need to let go of the "Cult Grouping" of Political Party Obsessions... and realize there is absolutely NOTHING in the Constitution that gives any sanction of credibility to "Political Party". People have become so obsessed with Political Party, they can no longer think for themselves, as individual "human beings". I think University should be free for everyone.
I voted for exactly that a while back when the UK Liberal Democrats made it the number 1 policy they had and then managed to get into a coalition government.
