Outsourcing does create jobs in the long run, they just happen to be somewhere else.
 
To be fair, I seriously doubt he wrote that article.

That's what I'd bet. I'm not saying Trump doesn't believe this, but it strikes me as too well written for a guy like him. When was the last time he properly cited a source for something? There aren't even any extreme adjectives in the whole thing. Sad.
