Ready to Reform California? Or even America? I am!

Even the Terminators' ideas cant reform California but I am not the Terminator, I am W4gn0r and my ideas will work!

I was casually talking to my brother, a corrections officer, and he enlightned me to how great it is to have prisoners do labor since they are occupied and easier to control that way (it will all make sense I promise). First off we need to get rid of all the pussification in California. (Bye bye sissy buerocrats!). You wanna fix immigration? Here it is! May 1st or whatever the illegal migrant farm workers plan to strike and leave work that day to try to screw over the economy. Here is another perfect opportunity for an ***-kicking taskforce to go out and nail all the employers and others involved that have smuggled and employed the immigrants up here and place them in prison. Then we need to offer those people a lighter sentence if they reveal where their illegal employees live, to be rounded up and deported! "But Captain W4gn0r, we have tried that! The immigrants will just come right back, and it wont fix anything! If anything it will just screw up our economy for a period of time!"
You fools! How dare you doubt W4gn0r!!!??? The solution to it all is a one word, that word is "incentive" and it shall be removed from what it is known as today! Farm owners will no longer have an "incentive" or desire to import illegal aliens anymore because they will be replaced by cheap prison labor. Thats right all jobs that illegals do will now be replaced by those who owe a debt to society! There are over 35 prisons in the state of California with thousands upon thousands of inmates not doing ****! It will now be mandatory that prisoners work at least 40 hours a week. If they do not work, they do not eat, and if they **** up they get harder work to get to eat, if they are disabled they get less physical work but they still work. Guess who will be working a long side of these prisoners? The mother****ing coyote ****s who brought the immigrants here, because they will be prisoners too.
"How are they going to be effectively controlled? What if they escape?!" Easily fixed! You know how they have those invisable fences for dogs? Yes, you guessed it, I will apply that to the prison labor site. They will all wear very well secured shock collars, if they move more than 25 feet away from another inmate they will be shocked, this is all backed up by another invisable shock barrier set well around the perimeter of the labor site, if they cross this one, the shock intensity will be equivelent to a taser instantly incapacitating the inmate so he/she may be shot easier at the will of the guards watching very closely with 12 gauge shotguns :). Also each collar is individually color coded and can be controlled by a control panel if a fight or something else bad occurs. Escape is impossible. Sounds like expensive technology? Well its not if we cancel the prisoners' cable bill and other superfluous privileges that they have now.
"Isnt this illegal? Isnt this unconstitutional??" The 13th Amendment states: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." So go **** yourself if you think it is unconstitutional! We can do it bitch!
" How is this a more effective prison system?" Nobody wants to do that kind of labor. This would lower crime outside and inside of prisons. Good behavior would result in less work. The schedule for this would be 8 hours of work with a one hour on-site lunch break, then 4 hours of school to learn from the selection of trades of their choice that the prison system offers. This way when they get out they dont have to kill, steal or sell drugs anymore, they will have the skills to be sucessful legitamate human beings. After they attend school they shall be fed dinner and then locked up. This includes two days off a week to rest. Bad behavoir results in replacing even harder labor during the other 4 hours plus adding to their overall sentence length. Refusal to work equates as refusal to eat. Refusal to go to school results in doing more work. (Hmm almost sounds like real-life consequences outside of prison doesnt it?) All of this gives them less time and energy to think of diabolical plans of making weapons and drugs or harrassing/killing other inmates or staff, like they do now. Lets make them easier to control!
Where will the profits go from all this labor? Prisoners shall see about 21 cents an hour for their work where they can spend it on phone calls or regular items purchased from the canteen. Other profits will go to the education system, it will not be given to school administrators however, it will go directly to buy kids new books and other aids for the teachers' curriculum (Like all money to schools should go). This would make it less likely for underpriviledged kids to end up in prison anyway. It will also go to help fund non-profit organizations that will help teach legal immigrants how to speak English to become more successful in finding better jobs.
Farm owners will be left with a choice, either pay people minimum wage, cover health benifets and overtime and have to worry about them quitting to find better jobs, or pay this system minimum wage and not have to cover health and overtime, or work on the farms as a prisoner for smuggling illegals. Its a no-brainer since it would be hard to find legal citizens to do this kind of work anyway. Hell, I figure all of us have to work 8 hours a day to eat, why shouldnt they?
