Fines do not mean squat.Fines are the acceptable consequences in the event one is caught for hiring illegals.I think illegal-immigration laws should be enforced on the state and local city level as well the federal level.The penalties should be harsh and the illegal immigration laws should be designed to severely discourage anyone from violating our immigration laws.

I think the following should be implemented

A.Ban the practice of hiring illegals with severe penalties.The following punishments for hiring illegals should be-

1.Prison time.
2.felony status.
3.severe fine.
4.loss of future ability to own and operate a business.
5.loss of property.


B.Ban financial institutions from doing business with illegals.This will prevent illegals from getting bank loans,cashing checks and sending money to their country.The penalties for violating this should be.

1.Prison time.
2.felony status.
3.severe fine.
4.loss of future ability to own and operate a business.
5.loss of property.

C.Ban auto dealerships from doing business with illegals.These people most likely do not have a valid US driver's license and they are not even here legally,they shouldn't even be driving cars.The penalties for violating this should be-

1.Prison time.
2.felony status.
3.severe fine.
4.loss of future ability to own and operate a business.
5.loss of property.

D.Ban the sale,renting,lending,or free usage of property to illegals.They are not here legally therefore they should not be able to rent,own,lease,or use property/housing here.The penalties for violating this should be-

1.Prison time.
2.felony status.
3.severe fine.
4.loss of future ability to own and operate a business.
5.loss of property.


E.Ban tax payer funded benefits for illegals.

F.Ban the aiding illegal immigration.Thats means no transporting illegals,no illegals advocacy groups,no Housing illegals,no employing illegals, no supplying illegals with money and or property and no trying to enact laws that help illegals and no sanctuary cities.Charge them with "Aiding and Abetting/Accessory" and toss anyone in prison who aids an illegal alien and make it felony.

G.Change or have a judge define section one of the 14th amendment to only apply to those born to US citizens, change it to the following". All persons born to US citizens or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside'.This amendment was created for the sole purpose of making the freed slaves into American citizens not so illegals can pop out anchor babies.

H.Any illegal who has to be deported should have a DNA sample taken from him and permanently blacklisted from entry into this country.No future citizenship,amnesty,work visa, student visa,and no entry into this country for what ever reason.

I.Ban citizens from countries we have illegal immigration problems with entry into our country until the problem is corrected.

J.Build a wall just case future politicians decide to sell us and our sovereignty out again.Guards and laws can be removed and or ignored on the whim of a traitorous politician a wall is little bit harder to do.

K.Put snipers on the border armed with M107 .50 Caliber LRSR with orders shoot to kill and claymore mines on the border.I am sure after someone seeing their buddy get his head blown off with a .50 cal round or his buddy turned into swiss cheese with by a claymore,they would be enticed to enter our country legally instead of squatting and taking a dump on our immigration laws.

I agree with everyone of these steps except K. I think that is extreame. I think we could do this without killing anyone. If we can kill them than we catch them and take there DNA.

If we enforce the punishments on employers than people will no longer attempt to enter the country illegally. Unless of corse they are comming here to smuggle drugs or participate in other criminal activity. In that case we need a prision system modeled on the system in Maricopa county AZ. Sheriff Joe Arpaio has set up a tent prison where inmates are dressed in pink jump suits. Bologna sandwiches is all they get to eat. This would minimize the cost of housing inmates as well as deter further attempts to enter the country illegally. ~ Sgt Rock

If a guard working at a high rise building with electronically controlled doors, that guard disabled the electronic mechanism on that door so that anyone can enter and whole bunch trespassers came in looted,squatted,vandalized property.What would be the issue all those trespassers who came in and committed those crimes or the fact all those crimes committed by those trespassers were the result of a guard not doing his damn job?

All those Additional crimes committed by illegals are the result of the federal government and local governments not doing their job.

True but as you know illegal immigration is big business and you know that both sides has a hand on this business. The victims mostly are the folks who crosses because they lose their life savings to get a better life. There is also a failure of the immigration policies, which buries lots of request for citizenship for selected countries.

Tourist have a legal right to be here.The government is not supposed to keep them out.

So in orther words you a tourist who does the same as an illegal and commit a violent crime in this country has more right than the illegal immigrant has?




I still say people are barking at the wrong problem, its people who are irresponsible and it does not matter what their immigration status are. We too have violent criminals who are citizen of the US. Which would you rather keep a citizen who does not contribute to society and commits crimes or an honest illegal immigrant willing to hold 2 low paying jobs to feed their family.
It was only illegal because the government have no way of getting their cut (taxes).

An illegal is not supposed to be in this country.It is the government's responsibility to prevent people from illegally entering our country and to round those up who are here illegally and toss them out.So when a illegal commits a crime it is due to the government not doing it's job.
