Is all we would have to do is we get Hydrogen & Electric cars as the standard
in the U.S. (the rest of the world would follow).

In stead of sending Billions of US dollars over seas to Middle East, could keep
it in the US.

Pro's for creating a Hydrogen & Electric industry :

1) Leaders of new technologies prosper followers don’t!
2) Pollution is bad! Hydrogen / Electric car don’t pollute.
3) The earth’s Oil is not unlimited.
4) We rely on others for oil. With Hydrogen others will rely on us. (If we are Leaders #1)
5) Become independent from those Terrorist supporting oil producing countries...
6) A terrorist can not build bombs if he has no money to buy the materials.

Dude, piss off! We aren't cannibals. The terrorists DO use pickup trucks to mount their Russian/German/French/Chinese made machine guns. They do drink beer, although it's that arabic ****. You can't pin Earnhardt the Great's death on them. They've probably never even seen a movie since they hide in caves.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this hydro-car theory is a pipe dream.
Everything you use is a petroleum product. All plastics - yes that computer you're using, the ethernet line that's connecting you, your phone, your TV, synthetic fibers in your clothes, synthetic rubber on your shoes, etc, etc,... everything - is a product of petroleum. The heat and A/C you enjoy in your house? Powered by oil. The electricity? Oil.

So until you're ready to walk around naked, allow for the industries that make this country strong to shut down and take the time to find alternate ways to make this country run, live in a hut and have your comfort determined by the weather, you'd better get used to oil.

The way to stop terrorism is to kill the terrorists.
