There is several investigations into possible Trump wrong doing. To name a few, January 6th. , The attempt to change the outcome of the Georgia election by finding more votes, The documents removed from the White House and stored at Mar A Lago. There is also a possible one in New York concerning his manipulation of values of his properties. So far there have been no indictments, but if they find sufficient proof should Trump be indicted?

Here you go again...putting the cart before the horse.

You should be waiting to find out if there is "sufficient proof" before you should ask if Trump should be indicted.

If only you cons took your own advice:

Lock her up....
Biden Crime Family....

More hypocrisy from Cons.

Like asking if the Devil represents evil.

No hypocrisy.

In those two situations, there aren't even investigations.

Correct on the second part and cons still said those things. Hypocrisy at its finest. **** the feelings of cons, they are hypocrite liars.

What part of “IF they find sufficient proof” did you miss. Hint: the key word is “if.”

But have a try at an answer: if they find sufficient evidence of Trump criminal activity, should Trump be indicted. I say yes. What say you?

Nothing to find, it is out in the open. Trump organized the violent coup attempt on Jan 6.

I am not so sure that his actions amount to legal culpability. He clearly is morally responsible, having acted so irresponsibly beforehand.

Don't know how to respond. I think our nation is profoundly corrupt if we don't know Trump is guilty.
Some say genocide is bad, some say it is good...who's to say?

Of course. trump is no better than any other citizen. If there is sufficient evidence of a crime (it looks like there is), he should be indicted and brought to trial.
At that point it will be in the hands of a jury.

That's how the criminal-justice system worked before the Democrats / liberals / progressives would have their criminal-justice system work, bifurcated along political lines.
". . . forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

Sufficient evidence yet? (And you are asking for an opinion here.)

  • Not yet = January 6th.
  • Not yet = Attempt to change the outcome of the Georgia election by finding more votes,
  • Yes = Documents removed from the White House and stored at Mar A Lago.
  • Don't Know Enough = Possible one in New York concerning his manipulation of values of his properties.

There is sufficient proof.
Your 'legal' opinion?
Or your 'political ideology' opinion?
The two are quite different and not at all the same.

Trump told the violent mob, "We love you." But, you know, who's to say.....

And everyone knows there are no crimes in the Biden family to talk about anyway.
