Do guns become illegal to own if the 2nd is abolished?

like i told you the second is a restriction on federal power to make no law for the militias of states( expect their standardization ] and to make no law concerning firearms.

We are not in disagreement here. However you stated that SCOTUS recognizing the right can't be undone. I disagree since the ruling (District of Columbia v. Heller) was based upon the Second Amendment. Maybe you are referring to a different ruling?

Judging it LEGAL doesn't make it a right. I have a right to free speech. I can speak anytime I choose. Want to explain how a person gets an abortion without someone to provide it? A right can't be something that requires another person to provide it.
