Most importantly, they may oppose the state in theory but 100% of the time the absence of a state leaves a vacumn that is instantly filled by a new state so they only real question is, is it a conservative state or a big govt libsocialist state.

That could certainly happen and does. Anarchists want to push for decentralization of that power which can and does happen (look at Rojava as a modern example).
