Just in time for the holidays - science triumphs (temporarily) over creationism! BTW the judge is a Republican.

Yes, once again, fundies try to push their agenda of deception and are twarted. Now they have to come up with a NEW name for creationism. What will they pick next?

And the school board members who pushed this theocratic claptrap, guess they just cost the school system a bunch of money.

Justice prevailed in the end. The ID school board members were voted out.

And ID was shown to be nothing but a new name for creationism. A good day for science, triumphing against ignorance, misrepresentation and lies.
