They should mandatorily be shut down for that number of violations of the laws to only hire those eligible to legally work in America, and they should have their remaining workforce Federally audited to determine their full compliance with employment laws.

What amount of fines did this company accrue from having so many undocumented workers in their employ?

What is the IRS doing to determine if these illegal workers were being Federally taxed and if so is this business going to be fined and sanctioned for aiding and abetting fraud on the government?

It's not illegal to employ illegal aliens. It is illegal to * * KNOWINGLY * * employ illegal aliens (those without work authorization).

So the company screened prospective employees, they ran them though E-Verify and the government told them they were good.

So, again - arrest them for what?

(BTW - I'm all for holding employers responsible for their hiring choices, but the caveat to that is the employers have to have the tools to verify accurately.)
