Think of it as a sniper many miles away pulling a trigger. There is a video being watched many times and I am sure much congratulations and high fives. While I support the drone strike today that killed the ISIS-k "planner" and I really don't like endangering our military people, I find killing our enemies with a drone strike emotionally unsatisfying.

I'd say they've got a few more to go. Another warning at the airport for people to leave the gates immediately.Good that the US got the planner. I don't think that the far right is satisfied.
But the bungling of the "mission" from the beginning has created all this avoidable aftermath that will have consequences for decades to come. When something is bungled so badly, the emotions rightfully so are going to be heightened and rightfully so.War doesn't need to be emotionally satisfying, in fact killing should always be emotionally unsatisfying. What matters is the mission.
They seem to only respect that fat golfing **** who didn't care about anyone but his dawdur, if he even gave a shit about her.Good that the US got the planner. I don't think that the far right is satisfied.
The tactical mission, not the strategic one. We had no strategy. But the bungling of the "mission" from the beginning has created all this avoidable aftermath that will have consequences for decades to come. Sorry to inform you, but the adults are in charge now. You had your fool running the sandbox for four years. We saw how that turned out.But the bungling of the "mission" from the beginning has created all this avoidable aftermath that will have consequences for decades to come. The strategic aspect requires a president to intently listen to our intel, our military etc. Biden did not and there are plenty of documents to prove Biden blew off the warnings. You can not have a tactical success without first having a solid strategic one.The tactical mission, not the strategic one. We had no strategy.
Dead Service Members isn't a price worth paying to buy your entertainment. While I support the drone strike today that killed the ISIS-k "planner" and I really don't like endangering our military people, I find killing our enemies with a drone strike emotionally unsatisfying.
Good grief. Were you paying any attention at all during the past four years? The strategic aspect requires a president to intently listen to our intel, our military etc. Biden did not and there are plenty of documents to prove Biden blew off the warnings. Ummm...this was nearly unavoidable, at least in regards to the collapse of the Afghani government. But the bungling of the "mission" from the beginning has created all this avoidable aftermath that will have consequences for decades to come. 4 years? More like nearly all 20.Good grief. Were you paying any attention at all during the past four years?
There was no strategy, except perhaps going Genghis Khan, that would've worked. The tactical mission, not the strategic one. We had no strategy.
Bush should have been impeached for starting a second war before ending the first one.4 years? More like nearly all 20.
Ummmmm the vice president of Afghanistan did not cut and run yet he was never recognized as the rightful person in power. He is currently fighting in northern Afghanistan along with Afghani soldiers against the Taliban.Ummm...this was nearly unavoidable, at least in regards to the collapse of the Afghani government.

We usually pull a video from the SIPR net

Dayton3:
Should military operations be tailored to sating your insatiable hunger for death and violence?
your thread title is not consistent with this post.I have no desire for death and violence. My interest in war is almost entirely academic.
