True it's only really the elites and people with a lot of power that have anything to apologize for. I don't even blame people for voting for these people because who else are you going to vote for. It normally is some elite SOB running against some other elite SOB.

I am enthusiastic to see people from both sides trying to bridge the gap, trying to make peace. That is profoundly encouraging to me.

yeah most people vote for who they vote for because they're just as they see it the lesser of two evils. Is it something I think we forgotten recently. Politicians are mostly complete jackasses. and they're far from the first person who would pick for the job.

Well, that's nice but you can't really apologize for their behavior. They've said for four years now that Trump was divisive, implying that they are not, and yet even you realize that they ARE divisive. If Biden and the left really want to unite the country and heal it then they have to throw bones to the other side. Instead, they impeach a very popular (with the right) president when he doesn't even hold the office anymore. They have zero bones and don't even attempt to find any. They are just as divisive as Trump was. Kind of makes the light go on just a little bit, doesn't it? This whole left thing about uniting and healing the country was nothing but a big lie. Thanks for realizing it though. Kudos to you.
