Hunter Biden would’ve been indicted before 2020 election if he were ‘anybody else,’ ex-fed says

Please let us know when you have any evidence at all that Joe Biden committed any crimes. Until then we'll just dismiss this as the desperate ramblings of sour, angry cult members whose leader is no longer in power.
If a first-hand witnesses account that names Joey isn't evidence in your book, what is?

Do you have any evidence there has not been a full investigation and that the results were that no charges were warranted?
No, I do not have evidence there has not been a full investigation and thus have no information on what this hypothetical investigation may have found.

You?

Well of course he would have. And the media would have exposed the ‘big guy’ by now.

Don’t you think?

Hunter Biden would likely have been indicted before the 2020 presidential election if he were “anybody else,” a former high-ranking federal prosecutor said Friday — after a report said a probe into the first son’s overseas business dealings was far from over.

Ex-Utah US Attorney Brett Tolman told “Fox & Friends” that “the US attorney in Delaware … has had this case for a long time

Tolman was a U.S. Attorney for barely 3 years, 13 years ago. He is no better informed than the average citizen.

No, I do not have evidence there has not been a full investigation and thus have no information on what this hypothetical investigation may have found.

You?

So why defend this idiot appearing on Fox?

I was on board with investigating Trump and impeaching him if it was warranted.
Boy- you must have been really upset when the impeachment went to trial in the Senate and the GOP didn’t even bother to hold an actual trial.

Well of course he would have. And the media would have exposed the ‘big guy’ by now.

How does someone who has not been a US attorney in 13 years know what evidence they have on Hunter Biden?

Vy, do you ever read anything that is not produced by the Far Right media sources? Ever?

and by the way, I can also match you with left sided Headlines and be just as wrong as you are (as far as how the right sees things):

Ex-prosecutor says Donald Trump is 'guilty of numerous felony violations'

( Overall, we rate NPR (National Public Radio) Left-Center Biased based on story selection that leans slightly left and High for factual reporting due to thorough sourcing and accurate news reporting.)

If you are right,, then I am right.

How does it feel?

So there is an investigation... It's been underway for years and STILL has not indicted anyone... Some dumbass who hasn't been a US Attorney since 2009 goes on Fox News and opines and GQP coming... Did I get all the facts right?

The investigation is done, the evidence is being presented before a grand jury and they will decide if he should be indicted. I have no idea what your other ramblings are about.

Well of course he would have. And the media would have exposed the ‘big guy’ by now.

Do a li'l research before you post. It's a slow "smear news" week at Fox. Tolman is a real PoS !

..... Tolman was Counsel for Crime and Terrorism, which included work on drafting and negotiating passage of the USA PATRIOT Act reauthorization. ....
....
During Senate hearings on February 6, 2007, Senator Specter claimed that Tolman, on behalf of the United States Department of Justice, added a clause to the bill that eliminated the term limits for interim appointments of U.S. Attorneys by the Attorney General. The change in effect allowed the President to bypass the Senatorial approval process for those interim U.S. Attorneys appointed by the Attorney General. This change in the law is at the center of the dismissal of U.S. Attorneys controversy.

On March 20, 2007, the Senate voted 94–2 to re-instate the 120-day term limit on interim attorneys appointed by the Attorney General. On March 26, the U.S. House overturned it as well, by a vote of 329–78.[9] The bill was sent to President Bush for his signature on June 4, 2007.

Pardon lobbying in the Trump Administration

On January 17, 2021 the New York Times published an article reporting that Tolman has "collect[ed] tens of thousands of dollars, and possibly more, in recent weeks to lobby the White House for clemency for the son of a former Arkansas senator; the founder of the notorious online drug marketplace Silk Road; and a Manhattan socialite who pleaded guilty in a fraud scheme."[20]

Continued from my last post... So Fox News is not going to "dwell on" the actual background of Brett Tolman and his "client" Jeremy Hutchinson, not while there is the unindicted Hunter Biden to "chew toy" to their eager, braindead audience!

So, Fox News's clumsy recent attempt to further smear Biden and son is built around a quote by "no friend of the U.S. Constitution,
(see Tolman's involvement in the 2005 renewal of the Patriot Act and his sneaky maneuver to remove the timely requirement for Senate
confirmation of U.S. Attorney nominees) Brett Tolman, reported new deep in a scheme to "pay for a Trump pardon" to help Arkansas Gov.
Asa Hutchinson's nephew, Jeremy escape all punishment, including a lengthy prison sentence Jeremy has been waiting to receive since he
plead guilty in 2018 to literally a truckload of federal felony charges.

WASHINGTON — "As President Trump prepares to leave office in days, a lucrative market for pardons is coming to a head, with some of his allies collecting fees from wealthy felons or their associates to push the White House for clemency, according to documents and interviews with more than three dozen lobbyists and lawyers.
The brisk market for pardons reflects the access peddling that has defined Mr. Trump’s presidency as well as his unorthodox approach to exercising unchecked presidential clemency powers. Pardons and commutations are intended to show mercy to deserving recipients, but Mr. Trump has used many of them to reward personal or political allies.

The pardon lobbying heated up as it became clear that Mr. Trump had no recourse for challenging his election defeat, lobbyists and lawyers say. One lobbyist, Brett Tolman, a former federal prosecutor who has been advising the White House on pardons and commutations, has monetized his clemency work, collecting tens of thousands of dollars, and possibly more, in recent weeks to lobby the White House for clemency for the son of a former Arkansas senator; the founder of the notorious online drug marketplace Silk Road; and a Manhattan socialite who pleaded guilty in a fraud scheme...."

Career criminal and federal convict Jeremy Hutchinson makes Hunter Biden resemble an altar boy in comparison and Trump and
Brett Tolman also make Hunter look better than they do!

Another legal complication for Jeremy Hutchinson: back taxes

January 25, 2022
"Among his cases awaiting sentencing is one for overspending campaign money on himself and filing false federal income tax returns from 2011 to 2014 to conceal his misconduct. He also took bribes from an orthodontist sentenced yesterday in Fayetteville and has pleaded guilty in a sprawling federal grand jury indictment in the Western District of Missouri for his role in a multi-million-dollar public corruption scheme that involved embezzlement, bribes and illegal campaign contributions for elected public officials.

The governor’s nephew has been out of the public eye since his various guilty pleas, resignation from office and loss of his law license. He remarried in 2017. Some of his work — or lack of required work — remains the subject of civil litigation..."

Please stay on topic. Whataboutism is frowned on by Progressives.

But you are more correct than he is. The prosecutor you refer to had just resigned the case. So he knows ALL the details.
