The only thing I had going in TV. In fact TV is where I sold out. I'd like to think I made a difference here and there but the only thing people talked to me about was how I wear my hair, tie my tie etc.

I covered a six week long election in the province and was live twice a day from somewhere. The only feedback I got back at my local pub was "you're tie clashes with your eyes" as if I care. People never stop to think I never have to look at me so I don't care. What they don't like is their shit.

(PS I retired from everything 13 years ago. And just like leaving TV the first decision I made was to not ever get a haircut or shave ever again.
