Hunter Biden’s new lawyer has asked the DOJ to investigate how his stolen laptop ended up in the hands of a Delaware computer repairman and how his personal data was subsequently illegally leaked to Rudy Giuliani and other right wing political figures, who in turn used it to smear him and his father.

The computer repair shop owner is not getting a free ride either:

“This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information. Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet,” Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell wrote in the letter.

I’ve been asking about this since last year. There is no legitimate scenario Bidens personal data was leaked to political operatives, or internet sites. That is theft, plain and simple, and now defamation and libel also. All involved should be charged, and held civily liable.

Yeah, ive been wondering why it has taken this long for Biden to fight back. He s a private citizen. A computer repair shop cant remove data from your computer, and political pundits on tekevision can’t openly slander you with impunity. Biden should sue them for billions, and the police should arrest the shop owner.

I think Hunter should probably be careful what he wishes for. The Apocryphal kickbacks to his father will be unlikely to materialize, but more scrutiny might expose more of his own tax dodging or other rich boy crimes.
