How, in yor opinion, would you change Canada's Constitution?

If I had the opportunity to change Canada's Constitution, here how Canada's government would run:
-Canada would have a President and a Prime Minister. The President would be appointed directly by the people and will have a two 5-year term limit.
-The Prime Minister would be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Canadian Senate. He would be the head of government.
-The President will not like the President of Germany. He will NOT have an all ceremonial role. He will have a major role in the government despite the fact that he is the head of state. Basically, the President will be the supervisor of the Prime Minister and will giv out orders to the Prime Minister and must daily look after him. The Prime Minister will refer cabinet members to the President as well as supreme court judges.
-The President will be the commander-in-chief.
-Canada's legislative system will remain the same, except bills have to be signed by the President before it becomes law.
-Elections will run every five years and everyone 18 years and older will be required to vote in order to get everyone involved in the election process. However, there will be no legal penalty for not voting. Instead, people could get paid a fee for voting. People who don't vote will basically lose their helth insurance offerd by the government.

What about you?

Do you even have the slightest idea how the current Canadian system works? You are no position to call for a new constitution when you are utterly ignorant of the current one.
