You live in a very Democratic district.

It's rural, but it's also Massachusetts, where Democrats do even well in rural areas.

And it seems your Congressman, who has been in office for more than 30 years, never really gets any Republican opponent. In past years, no Republican ran against him, only minor candidates and "write-in".

This year, it seems a Republican is running against him, but he has no Democratic intra-party opponent in the primary so far.
