A DOGE story that has everything.

Increased costs for consumers in an attempt to benefit industry as DOGE/Trump eliminates consumer protections and efficiency standards.

Completely fabricated "savings" numbers for DOGE's bogus Wall of Receipts.

And new inefficiencies as even industry dreads the lost of a uniform federal standard.

How Trump’s Regulatory Rollbacks Are Increasing Costs on Americans

The legacy of the DOGE locusts will not be a happy one.

Don't worry, bud, maga will tell you it's all part of the plan and to stop being so hysterical.

Rest easy, Trump has it all under control, and he's doing a marvelous job.

When the heck did energy efficiency become the enemy?

Or to rephrase the question: How far up their asses can the magacult get their heads?

Seems like the magacult wants to pay more for energy. That's hard to understand, but it has certainly been a thing for quite a while. There is a disdain for efficient vehicles, coupled with a desire for inefficient vehicles. Rarely is a maga bumper sticker seen on the back of an efficient vehicle, but plenty of times it is seen on the back of a big pick up truck with a giant engine and very inefficient big wheels with loud oversized exhaust, lift kit, and sexually suggestive adornments swinging under the back bumper. And one person driving it with no load in the bed. Heck, the bed is so high off the ground it would be difficult to load and unload it. And of course, it's not complete without a bunch of dirty tattered flags dragging all over the back of it.

You almost get the idea if you see one of those rigs driving, it's on it's way from one gas station to another.

Like - saving money is "wimpy." It's macho to waste money.
