Biden has funneled billions of dollars into democrat coffers with the partisan funding bill just passed. That money enriches democrat politicians and gives them money to buy votes. If democrat supporters get free government money from democrats they will do anything, including fraud, treason, and even murder to keep the money flowing. (See the mysterious death of Seth Rich democrat investigators claim is unsolvable, among dozens of others.)

President Biden’s $1.5 trillion government funding bill funnels millions of dollars in pork to vulnerable Democrats in November’s midterm elections while benefiting Republicans who helped secure its passage.
Mr. Biden’s 2,741-page budget bill, which passed with bipartisan support last week, was the first in more than a decade to include earmarks. The discretionary spending measures were long banned under Republican control of Congress but returned last year under the Democrats’ unified control of the House and the Senate.
Although Republicans also benefit from the budget’s allotments, some of the biggest winners from the inclusion of $8 billion in earmarks are Democrats facing tough reelection challenges. Sen. Raphael G. Warnock, for instance, inserted earmarks worth roughly $95 million to fund pet projects in his home state of Georgia.

Its hardly Biden's fault that Republican legislators are too busy raising money through their whacky conspiracy theories to provide services and support to their constituents.

That might be interesting if any of it were true, but your post is all false propaganda and therefore irrelevant.

This has always been a tactic...for both sides of the aisle of both chambers.

It won't end until the voters want it to end.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

You forgot all about the Republicans in Congress who have been voting no to these spending Bills but still go to their Campaign or Congressional websites and brag to their constituents about the spending that is now being done for Ukraine or for Infrastructure or other PORK as if they had a hand in landing it.

Hypocrisy thy name is Republican!
