the counters control the election, however mail in votes will not be counted. absentee votes will be counted. vote in person if you can absentee if you cant, do not vote mail in ballot only democratic mail in ballots will be counted. no they count unsolicited ballots with a democrats name on it, mail in republican ballots will not be counted in my county unsolicited ballots appeared out of the blue to give a candidate the win after he had given his concession speech! Q 2024
