Even for people that are still living and registered voters, voter fraud would be easy. Since people can find out almost anything about anyone online, including names and addresses, it would be a piece of cake. Just look at who the registered voters are in your area, find out a name and address, go to the polls real early, and vote in that person’s name. With today’s day and age you wouldn’t even have to worry about if you’re the same gender as the person you’re impersonating.

I’ve actually read about stories of dead dogs and dead cats getting voter registration pamphlets in the mail.

And how would you organize such a scheme on any massive scale so as to affect an election with no one noticing, no operatives coming forward to sell their story? And strangely, it seems only democrats are doing these nefarious things. On the other hand, republican voter suppression is pretty much out in the open.

Wouldn't you also need an army of people to round up the ballots from people's mail boxes, then put in the votes, then mail the ballots?

I don't think the ballots fraudulently mark and mail themselves just because they have someone's name on it.

The fact that they got cards in the mail doesn't mean that those cards would have been validated if they had been filled out. It is the job of the state and county election bureaus to vet ever registration when it is turned in, or didn't Fox news tell you that fact? They need a social security number, a driver's license, government ID, and a birth date that can be confirmed with government records.

If that information cannot be proven the registration card is thrown out as invalid.

Those ballots are mailed out to every registered voter with an active registration.

They are suing because of ballot REQUEST forms, not actual ballots. So the question is, did you know that when you posted this or don’t know the difference?

I realize that democrats are not really interested in trying to eliminate democrat voter fraud, but the freedom of America demands on Americans stopping crooks from seizing control by voter fraud.

There are millions of ineligible voters on US voting rolls.

ACORN workers in 2008 signed up thousands of fraudulent names, including cartoon characters, fast food restaurants, dead war heroes, movie stars, pets, TV shows and every other silly thing. They got paid to turn in a registered voter slip, not to verify that the names on their submissions were eligible to vote. The democrat candidate won by a landslide. Go figure.

Several ACORN employees ended up going to prison for that sort of fraud.

It means the information on the blank ballot is already filled out, eliminating the need for an ineligible voter to try to make up something, especially since made up information will result in the rejection of the ballot. When a ballot is complete except for the vote and signature then anyone can fill it out and send it back in: the brother, the sister, the mail thief, the caretaker, the community organizer or whoever, or even the ineligible voter who is receiving two or more filled out ballots due to the fact that he has moved one or more times since the last election.

That's where we are headed. In 2000 the democrats tried to steal an election using 'hanging chads.' The 2020 election will be decided by closely examining hundreds of millions of ballots against signatures on file to see if the signatures match?

You don't seem to be following all the arguments. Ineligible voters are kept on the voting rolls by the millions because democrats use those ineligible names to produce fraudulent votes. That is the problem when ballots are sent to every voter on the registry. How can we later sort out the ineligible from the eligible votes if millions of those ineligible names end up on cast ballots?

The next time you hear a Republican scare-mongering Americans about voter fraud, remember the name Steve Watkins.


Watkins, a GOP congressman from Kansas, was charged this week with three counts of voter fraud, becoming the latest in a long line of Republicans proving that their party is the real threat to the integrity of American elections. Not undocumented immigrants, not some shadowy group of liberal conspiracists, not Democrats, but the GOP.

In December, The Topeka Capital-Journal exposed Watkins for using a UPS office in that city as his home address in order to register for a 2019 municipal election.

Watkins, borrowing from President Donald Trump’s playbook, played the victim card, saying he had been targeted in a political hit job. The issue with the address, he claimed, was a simple mistake.

Sure. Who hasn’t had a brain blip and listed a UPS store as their home address, right?

Nobody but Watkins, of course. And keep in mind, this apparently wasn’t a matter of absent-mindedly transposing a couple of numbers in a street address or mistakenly writing down “Road” instead of “Avenue.” Watkins lived in a completely different city council district than the UPS store.

NO, "Democrats" fight tirelessly to keep eligible voters on the voting rolls and/or to have those purged aware they have been in time to reregister. Republicans have consistantly strove to "clean up" voting rolls in such away that voters are NOT aware they've been removed until it's too late; especially in "Democrat" populated districts.

So, in one article there are 1.6 million INACTIVE voters on Califorinias rols and in another there are 5 million but the first article says the 5 million is a nation wide figure. And Ms. Crabtree afirms that California is removing 1.5 of 1.6 million INACTIVE voters. I think you have a data problem because taken the two articls together I could make a case that California is doing a pretty good job of clean up.

It shouldn't take "months", it actually playes into tRumps hands if it takes months because if the EC isn't seated by a certain date he can send the decision to the State Legislatures. California has extend the deadling for reciving ballots to 17 days and considering the shinannigans our new Postmaster General is up to, delaying mail every way he can, that seems reasonable.

Again it's not just "democrats" sitting on these election boards, the elections you cited were early on in the pandemice where those boards had little time to prepare. Hopefully they'll do a better job in the fall.

Oh, I’m following the actual allegations in the lawsuit. Is the repopulated data on a REQEST for an absentee ballot or an actual ballot itself?

Tbf, that great literary news outlet, the Washington Times, did not clarify this until a few paragraphs into the "article".
