In case you think I am not being fair, I believe there will always be some fraudulent votes counted and there will also always be some legal votes that are not counted.

The most successful states devote little to no attention to it. Only in the poorest, least educated, most radicalized states
is great concern devoted to "vote fraud" and to "voter fraud". Successful states elect governments less prone to manipulative

Heading into midterms, Republicans are the party of the poor and Democrats a the party of the rich. Look at state legislatures in the poorest states.
