And she's not going to be charged with perjury, so you might as well get it through your heads, cons.
We're not discussing Trump here...are we?
I'd like to read the specific quotes from Clinton and the corresponding direct quotes from Comey. And I may try to find those (if they are available, I don't know if the letter is). But the summary in the msn.com article doesn't convince me Clinton lied under oath, as there is a fairly easy explanation for all of them (including quotes from Comey). For example, in the piece of evidence, the "nothing mark classified", Clinton could easily argue the portion markings on the three pieces of e-mail simply were not seen or marked properly (and I believe some reports say a couple of them shouldn't have been marked classified). I'm not saying Clinton was being honest, I'm saying it's a viable argument in court. The second example, about the attorneys reviewing every e-mail, is not even a contradiction (reading and reviewing do not have to mean the same thing) nor could it be proven Clinton didn't know that every e-mail wasn't read.
Again, if I get more time, I may try to read the specific quotes (if available), but the four examples summarized in the article are going to be hard to prove, in the manner in which they were summarized.
And, just to be clear, I'm not saying Clinton is innocent. I'm saying Clinton is slippery enough to parse words in such a way to avoid lying, while not telling the whole truth.
We are discussing lying, and Trump is the King of Liars.

Trump isn't part of this discussion. Please focus.
There's close to 12 hours, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not watching 12 hours. I'd happily read the letter sent to the DOJ. I couldn't find it earlier this morning. If you have a link to the letter, I'll happy look over it.There is video of what she said.
It the only thing quoted in the OP. :shrug:Try looking somewhere else other then MSN.com.
The story? Not sure what you're getting at here, though I suspect it'll have me laughing at you. What would you expect then to report?
Again, if you can provide direct evidence of perjury, where you can definitively prove she knowingly lied, I'd be happy to read/view it.She lied but they won't charge her. She got away with the e-mail/server they won't charge her now with a little perjury!
I use exclamation points to boost my post which provides no evidence! That's how you know I'm right!Like we all know the system is rigged. This is why a large percentage of people don't trust her. She is a compulsive liar!
And she's not going to be charged with perjury, so you might as well get it through your heads, cons.
I think they truly believe they are above the law. I also think the Bush's are in it with them. Bill and George H W have been arm and arm laughing at the American people for decades. No surprise they won't support Trump. These 2 families have destroyed any hope of a government For the People, By the People, Of the People.
Some glaring lies in there from you, bub.

Great counter argument...
Two House committees sent a letter to the Department of Justice Monday laying out their case for why they believe Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton committed perjury during a hearing in Congress last year.
The letter to U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Channing Phillips from the Oversight and Government Reform and Judiciary committees provides four specific examples of times they believe Clinton lied under oath about her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of State. The letter said Clinton made several false statements during her testimony to the House Select Committee on Benghazi on October 22, 2015.
Monday's letter follows one the committees sent to Phillips in July requesting the DOJ look into whether Clinton perjured herself. Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik responded in an August 2 letter saying that the department was reviewing the information and would "take appropriate action as necessary."

This just in: republicans still don't understand how the legal burden for "perjury" works.

No one understands how the Clintons get away with their criminal activity.
They're rich, white, well connected, and held positions of high power. We all know how they get away with it. In fact, in that list "white" isn't really all that necessary. Rich, well connected, and held positions of high power will do just fine.
There were those with the same "rich, well connected, held positions of high power" who ended up swing from lampposts in our recent past. What has changed in our present time that has cause us to be so complacent and apathetic?

I think they will nail her sooner of later. She maybe the best liar to ever enter politics but she is not perfect and sooner or later they will get her the same way they eventually took down Capone. It is always difficult when people in high and powerful places are constantly blocking the investigations. But sooner or later the facts will come out even if it is not in her or our lifetime.
Except for you of course. :lol:It's really hard for that to happen, though it's not impossible. Typically that happens if they go up against someone richer, more connected, or having held higher power than themselves.
Being complacent and apathetic means you don't have to think about things, and America has become the land of the non-thinker.
Except for you of course.
