Observational trials study correlation, RCTs study causation. And it’s definitively proven thru RCTs that Ivermectin is worthless for COVID.

No, one study shows there might be a basis for doing another real study. But given that we now have multiple new anti-viral drugs that are specifically designed to fight COVID and have been proven to work in real Double-Blind studies there's no real reason to bother.

Furthermore, it likely wouldn't be that hard to produce a study like this showing that wearing black on a Tuesday showed slightly higher mortality than wearing red. It still doesn't really tell us anything, and the idiots taking this crap had no rational or scientific basis for taking it when they did, so they are still crackpots.
