Home prices skyrocketed last year. Two regions saw the biggest increases

Because poor people are an easy scapegoat. You don’t have to be well versed in a subject to blame them. You just do.

I'm going to take it a step further. It's not as simple as "poor". It's got a color component too.
 
The pandemic really distorted everything. I suspect the Fed believed the inflation was a distortion blip. But now, it's looking like it's possibly becoming endemic. Hopefully, not. But at the least, it seems it will be persistent for the near future.
I would like to believe it, but I think they’ll behave like they did in 2014.
