Home cooking vs restaurants

Sold! But what about time involved in cooking vs other more pleasurable tasks such as sex? :lamo Hey, just kidding ok?

I don't have to worry about how much sodium, sugar, or fat is in my food, I can be creative with spicing and all that. And I know I'm being sanitary.

True, for the second point you make. Health is important. My feeling is that I really never know what's in a dish I get at a restaurant. I only have control if I make it myself.

As for the sex...can't you multi-task?
 
Which is the less expensive way to eat well?

Some crazy people go behind the grocery store and dig out the veggies they threw out.
