With all the millions of people they murdered, they are worried about 1 skull, which in all probability is not actually who it was inscribed as belonging to.
I have never ceased to wonder at the idiocy and hypocracy of mankind. It is considered ethical to dig up a persons body for research, but unethical to sell that body.
I hope that when I am buried, that my body will not at some distant date be dug up for someone's 'research'.
