If I am not mistaken, well-meaning Dems built housing projects for them. Is it their fault that a disproportionate number of residents turned those projects into not very nice areas?

Its not unfair at all to speak the truth. Democrats have controlled Chicago since 1933. Baltimore since the 60s. Most major southern cities since the 1880s. They have completely destroyed the black American communities.
