...It never crossed my mind to call up the networks and say, "Hey, get rid of this guy."

Because that's not how America works."

Now, if you're a MAGA you probably already believe that Hillary runs a Global Pedophile ring and was in charge of Jade Helm and had people murdered.

But here's the real story regarding her statement.

We've found yet another woman who is stronger than itty bitty baby trump.

It is how America works. You can tell that is how America works because it just ****ing happened.

Democrats at the highest level are either in complete denial about what is happening to this nation or are gaslighting. Either way, they are becoming more and more useless.

Democrats?

Well, Republicans have the Presidency, the SCOTUS and Congress.

Hard to do much politically.

We're gonna have to get mean as **** within the law to save democracy for OUR grandkids and MAGA's grandkids.

Hillary Clinton warns that allowing free speech on social media means ‘we lose control

Published Oct. 6, 2024
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Saturday that social media companies must moderate content on their platforms or else “we lose total control.”

Clinton told CNN host Michael Smerconish that while there have been some steps taken at the state level to regulate social media, she wants to see more done by the federal government to moderate content.

“We can look at the state of California, the state of New York, I think some other states have also taken action,” Clinton said.

Hillary Clinton Pushes Censorship, Expresses Fear of Losing Control Without It

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a twice-failed presidential candidate, echoed cynical calls from Democratic politicians for regulation and censorship of social media platforms.

On a Saturday interview with CNN host Michael Smerconish, Clinton railed against the First Amendment, praising New York and California for their harsh crackdown on free speech and calling for similar “national action.” She specifically beseeched, “We need to have guardrails. We need to have regulation.”

Clinton expressed apparent fear that if broader regulation of speech on Big Tech platforms is not implemented on a national level, “f they don’t moderate and monitor content, we lose total control.”

The more Hilary Clinton speaks, the worse the subject gets. Another case of once was for what she is trying to be against now.

You are being lied to. She never favored using the FCC to throw comedians off the air for saying things the President doesn't like.

I never said that.

But she was for "total control" being taken from social media platforms who did not in her opinion "take responsibility for moderating their content" suggesting it would be government control or regulation in the hands of political whim. Not that far removed from the FCC saying "we can do this the easy way or the hard way" in dealing with Kimmel. Not all that far different than Biden's "Disinformation Governance Board" as part of the Department of Homeland Security.

The harsh reality is we did not enter this era of governance over the media, or social media, with Trump showing up.

Path was there, what Trump did was up the game.

Yeah, a molehill and Denali aren't perfectly flat, I guess.

Your bothsiderism fails on this one. It was an outright threat to the broadcast license holders over a single individual who said something the President did not like. This leaves out the actions taken in other areas surrounding the use of the Federal Government's power to coerce Media companies, not to mention universities, states, and other nations, over political speech one man finds offensive.

Did you really read what I said? But okay, we now get you are okay with *some* government control over speech and expression.

… you are okay with *some* government control over speech and expression.

Of course I am.

I don’t want randos running into my living room and screaming profanities at my dog. Thank God for a government that controls speech to a degree preventing that from legally happening.

That is what you think we are talking about?

That is what you think we are talking about?

I thought we were talking about the fascist actions taken by this administration with the FCC.

But things grow in different directions in a discussion and you appear to be putting forward the point that all controls on speech are exactly the same. I disagree.

You can add Harris to that list, Clyburn’s mistake.

I did not say that, in fact I said "path was there, what Trump did was up the game." Saying up the game is hardly "controls on speech are exactly the same."

You are usually better than this.

Hillary's a fool.

Girl, don't go away mad. Girl, just go away.
