I just wanted to say hi to all the other debate lovers out there :2wave: . So there. Hi...Okay I've never actually started a thread before. So I'm just going to give a little background and call it a day (or night...whatever). I love to debate politics (obviously), I'm majoring in International Relations from CU, I'm also a member of a vegan forum, but people always get pissy about arguing, so I decided to look somewhere else to...express my political view points. Umm...Hi. Crap I already said that. :2razz: Oh wait and I'm a liberal/Democratic Socialist. I don't really like believing something just because some party or another believes, so I guess I steal from a couple camps.

Welcome!

I have tried vegan also. I am alright with it during the week, but when the weekend comes, I usually give in and eat a burger. Someday I will fully do it.

Yeah the first week is the worst. It's been almost a year for me though, and I'm glad I did it. But there are some very sticky points for me that the other vegans refuse to discuss. Like truly cruelty-free eggs. And scallops. They just start playing the "I'm a better vegan that you" game. Which is why I'm glad to be at a more pro-argument forum!

I gotta have beaf. I have found that if I do not eat beaf at least once a week - I get light headed and cannot concentrate. I love my veggies though.

I'm majoring in International Relations from CU
Awesome, would love to hear some of your thoughts someday about how we should deal with terrorism abroad.

Welcome to Debate Politics!
