Well really what would you do with a heat transplant?

Someone died doctors did their deal..what do you do now?
 
You live your life and be grateful for the new heart?
 
Well, you take your anti-rejection drugs, and follow your doctor's advice on diet and exercise, but otherwise, you go ahead and live your life. I hope I am understanding what you are asking.
