The way I understand it, teacher has an own section on this site, but he is not an admin or a mod there.

They have an admin there who already proved his incompetence while being a moderator at DP long ago. This guy seems to be unable or unwilling to learn something.

Maybe it's because quality standards are more difficult to copy than board structures or board rules.
