A hard-left Democrat from Minnesota is facing backlash and accusations of homophobia after repeating baseless allegations pushed by MSNBC and liberal activists that Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham is somehow being blackmailed into supporting President Trump.


Rep. Ilhan Omar, a freshman lawmaker and close ally of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was condemned Tuesday after claiming Graham was “compromised.” Omar was responding to a video that suggested Graham pivoted from being a Trump critic to one of the president's biggest supporters in the Senate.



“They got to him, he is compromised!” Omar tweeted.

This has actually taken off on social media in the lefty circles ... the claim that Miss Lindsay is gay and that Trump is holding that over him.

I see a two-fold attack from the left: embarrass Miss Lindsey because he hasn't "come out" (that is, if he truly is gay) and demonizing Trump as a blackmailer.

Which is rather stupid because there is not a single indication that Miss Lindsay is gay (except for his voice) and Trump would actually welcome a gay senator in his field just to prove to the real homophobes on the left that he's all-inclusive. Heck, his ambassador to Germany is openly gay.

Conclusion: the left is attacking Miss Lindsay because they're scared of him.
