The September Equinox and winter Solstice are both near quarter phases of the moon.

Greenwich mean time: eq 22:14:22:43, lq 23:09:57:10, sol 21:10:45:54, lq 21:01:56:49.

This June Solstice is midweek (Wednesday) the week before the Great Tribulation.
