Throw it away. Its not worth the risk of having a pervert around your kid in any fashion.

I absolutely hate this perversion. Leave the children alone, and let them be children. Let the parents be the best parents they know how to be. My advice to the pervert is to live or die, but don't poison everything. This is soooo disgusting.
