From what I have read, the teenager doing deadlifts is videotaping himself because a competitive powerlifter has been coaching him on his form and he sends the videos to the guy. A guy at the gym, not a staff member, gets really upset. He kicks the bar out of his hands mid-deadlift, starts screaming at him, and slams him against the wall. The gym has banned the guy who got upset, except refuses to dox him to the internet.

Whoa! Holy hell... granted, I've never been into weight-lifting but that seems a tad irrational and highly illegal to me. I mean, is it a guy thing to walk up as a gym member has weights halfway off the ground and deliberately kick him in the nuts?

Unbelievable.

Some guys do like to joke around a bit unaggressively. Perhaps yanking one of his arms in the middle of a max bench press or leg sweeping in the middle if a max box squat.

Good that the guy was banned. Good that the gym is refusing to dox him. Doxxing should be illegal imo. People have a right to their privacy, even assholes. And doxxing is imo a form of harassment.

What about blacklisting?
This clown should not be allowed into any fitness facility used by the public...ever.

Steroids are bad

He is an impulsive hot head. He lacks caution, social inhibition, as well as foresight and gets over-emotional and over-aggressive. He should be court ordered to attend Assholes Anonymous meetings for the rest of his life. He should be green lit by society, forced to wear a green star, and should have to live every moment of the rest of his life with frayed nerves always on edge that some piece of **** is going to emotionally overreact and spaz out on him whether he is at the grocery store, hospital, a family member's funeral, doesn't matter. Posters should go up when he moves into a neighborhood that include the URL of that video. Once a month he should have to perform deadlifts while some douchebag kicks the bar out of his hands mid-lift at random intervals, berates him in public, and shoves him around. If all of these conditions were fulfilled, perhaps then could justice have finally been served in at least one instance in this miserable world.

I thought everyone was nice in Canada?

And how would you accomplish that?

I simply said that he shouldn't be allowed in any facility. I don't own a gym so I don't have an answer.
But you do realize that there are individuals who aren't allowed to enter any casino in Vegas, yes?
So, it is possible to "86" someone universally, if all the businesses cooperate in rejecting undesirables, they just have to all agree that none of them want his business.
If they can't agree, then I too cannot see how it could be done.

Let him destroy the reputation of a few more gyms by acting this way and we'll see if they decide to cooperate.

I agree. It may seem like a benign thing but you have no idea what will be done with the information. It will most likely result in a punishment far in excess of what is deserved for the bad behavior. Also, the information may be wrong or someone will read it wrong and somebody completely innocent might suffer. The negatives far outweigh the positives IMO.
