Gun Sales Spike In April

I believe that. Laws differ by state.

I saw a video from a company called "Law Shield" on YouTube

Who defended such a gun owner...he said a defense might be the sign was too small/obscured to read

If that didn't work, you can kiss your gun goodbye.

Do you happen to have the code or law stating carring a gun in a posted business is a criminal offense? The research I've done all come to the same conclusion as below;

I am interested in seeing what is correct.

I am also interested in what is correct and carrying a gun into a place where there are no guns signs is an offense liable to get you arrested:

"Georgia's House Bill 60 allows people with concealed carry permits to bring a gun into an establishment that serves alcohol, unless the owner expressly forbids it. Bars that want to continue keeping weapons out have to let their customers know, usually by putting a sign near the front door."

Georgia gun law allows guns in bars with concealed carry permits

Your link doesn't support your assertion. It would help your argument if you found one that does.

"Although the law lets people bring firearms into bars and nightclubs, bar and club owners have the right to kick out anyone with a firearm as they see fit. Signs are not a legal way of prohibiting firearm carriers from entering a bar, however, and could even lead to lawsuits."

It’s sounding more and more that in GA, like many other states, if you carry a firearm in a business that has a “No Firearm” you will be asked to leave. Even if the police are called, assuming they know the correct procedure, they will escort you off the property without further action. As long as you comply you will not be arrested nor will your gun be taken away from you for disobeying a “no firearms” sign as was originally implied was the law.

I will agree purposefully packing heat in a business,That asks you not to, is not the best idea and could end tragically Even if not illegal.

I wish I could find the law shield video. It's like a legal insurance scheme for gun owners.

One video was presented by a lawyers talking about losing your gun for entering a business that had a "No guns" sign and that a possible defense might be that the sign was too small or obscured to see.

But you're probably right a gun owner would just leave and the police may well send him on his way with NFA. I wouldn't trust to that though.
