Gun control ruled constitutional in WA State

Just to give you a comparison of what a nation of law and order does:

In Canada Applicants for gun licenses "must pass background checks which consider criminal, mental, addiction and domestic violence records." In addition to criminal checks, this involves establishing that they were not treated for a mental illness "associated with violence or threatened or attempted violence," or had a "history of behavior that includes violence or threatened or attempted violence on the part of the person against any person," within the past five years. Additionally, "third party character references for each gun license applicant are required."

In the United States: Federally licensed gun dealers have to conduct background checks, but that requirement has many holes in it. Reporting on criminal, mental health, drug, and domestic violence records is incomplete, and sales by unlicensed sellers don't require background checks.

That is a lie. There is studies showing there is a majority wanting increased gun control. However that is not the same as saying the majority of Americans want guns banned.

yet another Bucky Lie: the majority of Americans don't want guns banned, and the abject failure of Democrat mayors and governors to deal with lawless nutcases, has caused millions of prior gun free homes to buy firearms. and yes, those who are afraid of honest people owning guns, most likely suffer some sort of mental illness

You guys are such hypocrites, it isn't even funny anymore.

You guys talk about gun violence, particularly mass shootings being a mental health issue. Yet people like you want to privatize healthcare and make health care unavailable to the millions and millions of people needing a therapist or health care to treat their mental illness.

You guys have for decades supported banning marijuana a proven treatment for depression. Tell me how many people have overdosed on marijuana?

We need to legalize psychedelic inspired medicines like LSD. There are lots of scientific research showing it can help with mental illness.

But you guys are focused on guns, guns, guns... freedom! Yet let's ban plants!
