In the wake of the recent bombing in Pakistan many people are accusing the government of Pakistan of training and sponsoring terrorists in their own country. Do you think the Pakistan government should be partially blamed for the recent attacks?

Pakistan: When terrorism becomes a strategic asset!

Pakistan is so hardcore that I don't think they care what we say about them. They'd probably really think it was neat if The Great Satan blamed them for promoting terrorism.

Pakistan's government is barely functional. Not only does it not have control over it's own territory, but I would venture a guess that its top government officials and administers don't even have control over the lower-ranks of their organizations.

So is dysfunction is blameworthy ... yes.
