sounds odd, but give it a try

4 peaches
Grass-fed butter
1/4 tsp. Sea salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Heat a grill pan on medium heat.

Halve the peaches and discard pits.

In a small frying pan melt the butter and add the sea salt and cinnamon.

Brush the flesh and skin of the peaches with the butter, and set peaches on the grill pan (or on an outdoor grill).

Cook 4-5 minutes on each side.

I've had something similar, but I will definitely try this. Thanks for posting it.

Fried bananas and ice cream. To die for.

Ever had Southern Jezebel Sauce?

It's made with Peach Preserves, fresh shredded Horseradish, Cream Cheese, and Ritz crackers. Put a dollop of Cream Cheese on a Ritz cracker. On a small plate or bowl, place equal parts Peach Preserves and fresh shredded Horseradish and mix. Taste the mixture, and add more of either to adjust the heat to your own taste - it's supposed to be hot and sassy and have a kick, just like a Jezebel does. Take some of the mixture and place on top of the Cream Cheese on the Ritz cracker.

Yum.

That actually sounds pretty good, but I'd probably try it with apples instead.

Sounds tasty. And I like a sauce or anything to eat that has kick.
