I would start to worry when it's shown in court that the payments were illegal or in some way avoided federal taxes. Because Biden is not interfering with the DOJ as Trump did every time he had the chance. Biden could have fired the Delaware prosecutor but didn't. So there is no reason to ask him about it until it actually becomes something to ask him about.
